How to Use:

• Take one 5ml measure morning and evening.
• Take up to to 4 times daily when necessary.
• Can be taken neat, in a herb tea or in water.
• Externally: Apply Schweden-Bitter as a compress, diluted with an equal part water.
• Discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
• Shake before use.
• A sediment may occur which does not affect the product.
